In partnership with the Sports Industry Research Centre at Sheffield Hallam University, Substance has led the monitoring and evaluation of the Home Office funded Positive Futures programme, managed by Catch 22, since April 2006.
Each Positive Futures project receives training to support the use of the Substance Project Reporting System, empowering managers and project workers to take ownership of their monitoring and evaluation processes and to generate a detailed understanding of the impact of their work.
